Pink & girly pancake party buffet

Party season has officially started and there is plenty of parties to catch up during upcoming week-ends. Some of us also have to organise some parties like graduation parties, baby showers and so much more. I got an idea of a pancake buffet because so many people like pancakes and they’re so easy to serve with different sides.

You can design your buffet to suit with your party’s theme. I went pretty girly this time and picked only cute, pink and sweet sides to serve with french classic crepes. Next time I think I’ll try some salty sides. As a proper party drink I tried the new Kopparberg’s Sparkling Rosé with raspberry flavour. It is very summery and its berry flavour suited well with my sweet pancake buffet.

Serves 4-6

4 large eggs
3,5 dl milk of your choice
3 tbsp melted butter
2,5 dl all purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and let the mixture sit at least 15 minutes before starting to cook crepes. Choose a proper omelette or pancake pan with a very thin spatula to make sure you’ll succeed to get pretty crepes. Heat the pan over medium temperature and add some butter to make the pan non-sticky. Don’t pour too much mixture into pan just enough to cover the pan.

Ice cream in many flavours
Candies & chocolate chips
Fresh berries and fruits
Pancake syrups
Whipped cream
